Order & Return Policy

  • Due to the nature of our items, returns and exchanges are not permitted. Please consult our size chart before placing your order to ensure you are getting the correct size. You may also contact us at info@lenacouture.com with any additional questions before you place your order.
  • If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of your order and we will address your issue accordingly. If 2 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer any alternative solutions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without written instructions from the manufacturer to do so.
  • Pre-ordered, custom designed, personalization, altered or made- to - measure items, and off the rack are ALL FINAL SALE. All of these items mentioned before are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Please note: Every fabric picks up each shade of color differently. However - due to lighting and camera effects- there can be a variance in color and it DOES NOT classify as a fault.
  •  All products are made to order and therefore require about 4-6 weeks for production and delivery. Please note all delivery timings are provided under each product. Some may require more time.  All products are shipped directly from our workshop and therefore are delivered via DHL and/or FedEx.
  • Shipping: Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and cannot be refunded. 
  • Lena Boutique, LLC is not responsible for items shipped to PO Boxes.
  • Lena Boutique, LLC is not responsible for any errors made to customer name or shipping information when entered.
  • Once the package is in the hands of the selected shipper, Lena Boutique,LLC cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items once the order has been placed.
  • Lena Boutique, LLC cannot be held responsible if there are any delays due to customs, the weather, or technical difficulties experienced by the shipping service.
  • All customers will be provided a tracking number once package label is created and shipped out.
