SHIPPING POLICY

At Lena Couture, we partner with trusted shipping and fulfillment providers to ensure your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with all order details.

Because each piece is made-to-order, tailoring requires 2–4 weeks. When your order is complete and ready to ship, you will receive a notification along with your tracking information. Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery via FedEx or DHL.

 

SHIPPING COSTS & CUSTOMS

All shipping costs and customs duty are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are shipped through third-party carriers- DHL, Fed Ex or UPS- depending on your region. Tracking numbers will be sent via email once your order has shipped. Please note that normal wear and tear to packaging may occur during transit.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, the customer is responsible for any resulting issues or delays.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International Orders:

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees based on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the client.

CUSTOMS PROCESSING & DELAYS

Customs processing times vary by country and may extend beyond our estimated delivery window. Any delays caused by customs procedures are the client’s responsibility.

REFUSAL TO PAY DUTIES

If customs duties are not paid, the package may be returned to us or, in some cases, seized or abandoned by customs authorities.

If the package is returned, the client may receive a refund minus all shipping and return fees.

If the package is abandoned, no refund will be issued.

ACCURATE INFORMATION

Clients must provide correct shipping details, including contact information and any required tax identification numbers, to avoid delays or customs issues.

However, variations in lighting, photography, and screen display may result in subtle differences in color or appearance. Such slight variations are not considered defects, and Lena Couture, LLC. is not responsible for these differences.
